The Stock Exchange of Thailand's main index was down 0.45 points or 0.03% to close at 1,566.32 points today. The SET50 index ended at 993.98 points, down 1.21 points or 0.12%, in trade worth 26.87 billion baht. The MAI index went up 1.24 points or 0.22% to close at 577.47 points with total transaction value of 1.37 billion baht. Local institutions and foreign investors were net buyers of 5.70 billion baht and 3.69 billion baht respectively. Brokers and retail investors were net sellers of 80 million baht and 9.31 billion baht respectively.
